Swank Digital Campus is a collection of streaming films licensed annually by our library for educational use. "Swank partners with major Hollywood studios, documentary providers, independent filmmakers and international film companies to provide a diverse library of more than 25,000 films and TV shows." The films do not have public viewing rights and should only be viewed via your Canvas course shells or shown in class.
Here are some examples of how Swank's films can be utilized in various disciplines to augment learning.
NOTE: Until we have an idea of usage and campus need, we are allocating one film per faculty member per year. Unlike our other library databases which offer unlimited access, Swank's licensing model means we have a limited number of available licenses per year.
