Have a question?  We are available to help both in person and online.  Use our "Ask Your Librarian" box on this page to get in touch with librarians if you're not on campus.  Your Solano College librarians are online daily (see the schedule below the widget) and guest librarians are on when we aren't!  We even get questions that aren't "library", but we often know where to direct you to in order to get the answer you need.

Beginning January 17, 2023, Librarian Chat is available 24/7; you may get assistance from a librarian at a different school & a SCC librarian may follow up via email.

Outside of the above hours, e-ref chat is available and will be staffed by non-Solano College librarians.  If your question requires a Solano College librarian, please email scclibrary@solano.edu and one of us will respond within 24 hours.
When the chat session ends, you can request that a transcript of the chat be emailed to you.
